In this investigation, an effort has been made to optimize the process parameters of Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) of Titanium alloy. By using Design of experiments (L27 orthogonal array), experiment to be conduct by varying the input parameter particularly electrode diameter, Spark on time and Discharge current. Multi response optimization with an objective to minimum tool wear ratio, maximum material removal rate and over cut on the surface of work piece has been analyzed by Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). The result expressions that pulse on time (Ton) contributes (47.137 %) more affecting the machining characteristics followed by electrode diameter (34.410 %) and pulse current (16.896 %). From the F-test, it is understood that all the machining parameter having considerable authority on responses.
